From baby bumps you wait for expectantly, tiny newborns curled up asleep growing fast into birthday babies smashing cakes, all caught on film for you to remember forever. Named after photographer my own daughter Mia, the studio is by Upminster Bridge specialising in babies and young families. I create beautiful fine art imagery capturing your little one, and their tiny features that grow so fast.
I’m Julia and I’ve been a photographer for 17 years, since falling in love with film at the age of 16 when doing an A-level in photography, but now loving digital photography and all the possibilities! I’m a fully qualified member of the MPA as well a qualified member of the BNAP (British association of Newborn photographers) And the best job of all, mum to Mia
Mia is our beautiful daughter (yes we are biased!) she is constantly being photographed and smiles on cue… most of the time! (but not always as the picture demonstrates) As photography is in her blood, she may catch the bug one day, and we hope will love photography as much as we do! Her dad, Ian is also a photographer, and has been for over 25 years. He tends to be off photographing beautiful events like the Oscars or drinking champagne with celebrities and pretending it is work!
